1. Zero Behavioral Tracking Guarantee

Parallettes is built on a strict zero behavioral tracking commitment. We do NOT collect behavioral analytics, screen tap heatmaps, or advertising profiles, nor do we sell or monetize your personal data. We strictly prohibit the installation of behavioral user tracking SDKs, advertising pixels, or marketing analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). The App contains zero behavioral analytics tools.

2. Minimal Data We Collect

We strictly minimize data collection to what is essential to deliver the Service:

• Account & Authentication: Authentication credentials (via Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or device-level sessions) processed securely via Google Cloud infrastructure to maintain your account session across devices.
• Training Records (Cloud Backup): Your logged exercises, volume targets, and programs are stored locally on your device and backed up to your encrypted account on Google Cloud so your journal syncs seamlessly across your devices.
• Subscription Status: Premium subscription entitlements (Parallettes Annual Subscription) verified securely via our subscription management partner (RevenueCat) and processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store billing.

3. Storage & Backup Options

Your training journal belongs entirely to you. We provide complete transparency and control over how your records are stored and backed up:

• Local On-Device Storage: Your logged exercises, programs, sets, and volume targets are saved directly to secure local storage on your device for instantaneous, offline-first access.
• Automatic Encrypted Cloud Backup: You may enable automatic, encrypted cloud backups powered by Google Cloud Platform to safely safeguard your training records and sync them across devices.
• Manual Local File Backup: You have full choice to perform manual local file exports and restores at any time, allowing you to create offline backup files of your complete training journal.

4. Opt-In Crash Telemetry

To prevent data corruption and eliminate silent technical crashes, Parallettes includes hardware failure logging via Firebase Crashlytics. Crashlytics is an anonymized technical error reporter—it is NOT behavioral user tracking or Google Analytics. This feature is strictly opt-in (disabled by default) and can be toggled on or off at any time in the App's Settings menu. When enabled, Crashlytics collects anonymized raw system hardware stack traces solely to diagnose technical failures.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. The only infrastructure providers used to deliver the Service are:

• Google Cloud Platform: Cloud authentication & encrypted database backup to securely authenticate your account session and maintain automatic encrypted backups of your training journal across devices.
• RevenueCat & App Stores: Subscription entitlement processing to process billing transactions and verify your Parallettes annual subscription status.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Opt-in anonymized system crash reporting to capture anonymized hardware stack traces in order to diagnose technical failures and prevent app crashes (strictly opt-in).

6. Account & Cloud Data Deletion

You maintain absolute ownership and control over your training records:

• In-App Self-Service: Open Settings in the Parallettes app, locate the Data Destruction section, and select Reset Training Journal to instantly and permanently erase all local edge database records and destroy your cloud backup on Google Cloud.
• Email Request: You may also request complete account and cloud data deletion by emailing us at . Upon receiving your request, all cloud backup data will be permanently deleted with zero data retention.
